🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Work in coordination with the Growth team on executing a lead generation plan from both a vertical and regional prioritization perspective.
- Assist the Growth team in other projects.
- Taking ownership of Lead Generation Process and follow the lifecycle of leads.
- Qualify inbound leads that come through inbound and other channels.
- Drive Marketing Qualified Leads: Define best practices, standards and processes to drive successful customer acquisition.
- Manage day-to-day activities and lead planning meetings with different teams to define and execute on B2B demand generation strategy required to drive identified KPIs and business growth initiatives.
- Schedule & prep meetings for Account Executives.
- Managing & Updating Deals/Leads in CRM.
- Cold Outreach to our ICPs.
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support.
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of Prospects for Outbound & Inbound.
- Presenting and delivering information to potential clients.
- Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions.
- Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly goals.
✅ Requirements:
- Previous BDR experience working for a B2B Tech company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Spanish.
